She holds her degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management and a post graduate certificate in Organizational Behaviour which is augmented by more than a decade of experience with Billy Craig. Marilyn is integral to the BCMG’s ongoing training and development agenda for BCMG.

Ottis Plummer’s hard work and dedication keeps the company connected to its partners and customers. In his 16 years with the company, Ottis has led the digital transformation that has kept Billy Craig at pace with global standards. He and his team are responsible for the development of the company’s in-house Management Information System and its integration with leading industry software. Ottis is a Microsoft Certified Professional. His aptitude and credentials in software development and design ensure he will continue to play a lead role in enabling the BCMG’s ability to innovate and progress into the future.

Kerry-Ann has over seventeen (17) years of experience in varying accounting and taxation capacities, having worked in both the public and private sectors. She is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Jamaica and an associate member of The Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. Kerry-Ann holds an MSc. in Accounting from the University of the West Indies.

Employee Benefits Manager, Loretta Anderson, has been with Billy Craig for over 12 years. Within her role she has overseen the significant growth of the Employees Benefit portfolio, resulting in an overall expansion of the department and an increase in value-added benefits for Billy Craig’s clients. Loretta represents BCMG as a member of the JCC's Administration & Finance Committee & the Jamaica Hotel & Tourism Association. Described as quiet, yet determined, Loretta holds an MBA in Business Administration and is a Chartered Life Underwriter.

Jacinth Brown has 35 years’ experience in the insurance industry, both as a broker and underwriter. Her experience spans the management of large Employee Benefits portfolios and Accident, Health & Travel. She holds the designation - Fellow of the Life Management Institute [FLMI] and has extensive global training and exposure to overseas markets and underwriting best practices, making her a principal asset in portfolio development, management and training.

Pauline has over twenty-five (25) years of experience in the insurance industry, having worked in the Employee Benefits Department of a leading life insurance Company and Claims Department at two major Insurance Brokers. She holds a designation of Chartered Insurer from the Chartered Insurance Institute in London (ACII), a Fellow of the Life Management Institute (FLMI) designation, and is a Certified Customer Service Trainer.

David joined MGI Insurance Brokers in 2017 as a part of the Employee Benefits team and undertook additional responsibilities the following year, managing a key client account. He is currently the Sales Manager for the new merged BCMG entity and is an integral part of BCMG’s drive to be the leading brokerage in the country. A retired JDF Officer with several security qualifications, he also holds diplomas in Finance and Marketing and holds Insurance College qualifications in Property, Motor, Life and Health Insurance.

Since joining, Andrew’s die-hard spirit and professional skills have helped the company realize marked growth in sales. He instills confidence in his team by empowering them to think big and push the envelope to deliver the best customer experience.

For over twenty (20) years Judith Wallace has been involved in Accounting and is a certified Accounting Technician. She goes the extra mile to ensure that quality output is the focus. Judith enjoys working with numbers and often says, “figures never lie.” In addition to her role as Payables Officer she actively engaged in the roles of Office Manager and Company Secretary. She is currently pursuing her Master’s Degree in Human Resource.

Karen is our champion at the control of operations and as we say in office, “nothing gets by her.”
