Ian Miller is the Chief Technical Director and nominated Compliance Officer at BCMG Insurance Brokers. He has the responsibility for the training, development, definition, and implementation of the company’s product, to ensure the strengthening of business opportunity and the growth of market coverage and coverage specification.

Ian is a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institutes of London, by examination, one of a few in the industry to hold this designation. His earlier work experience includes duties as Managing Director at Billy Craig Insurance Brokers and senior management level at Eagle Star Insurance Company (UK). Ian has over 40 years’ experience in the insurance industry and handles some of the Company’s more complex accounts.

Having served as a senior manager for Billy Craig since the early 1990’s, Ian has a keen sense of the heart of the company. This understanding of the foundation and the vision for the company’s legacy, coupled with his broad depth of industry experience, cements Ian as an ideal leader on the BCMG team. A man of high standards and professionalism, Ian is often affectionately referred to as the encyclopaedia of the office.
