Karen is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute of London (ACII), Chartered Insurer and holds an MBA from Manchester School of Business. She has worked throughout the industry at a number of Insurance companies and brokers during her over 40 years in the Industry. Karen is our champion at the control of operations and as we say in office, “nothing gets by her.”
