At helm of BCMG Insurance Brokers is William Craig, Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors. He is responsible for providing strategic direction in setting and implementing the company's mandate and strategy. Formerly the CEO of Billy Craig Insurance Brokers, William has worked in the insurance industry for over 25 years, after an extensive career in the local banking industry. During his tenure as CEO, he grew the revenues of Billy Craig by over 300% and stamped his legacy on the insurance industry. William brings a wealth of industry experience to his current role having held key management positions in Insurance and Banking. He holds a Bachelor of Economics from Clemson University. He is not only about getting the job done, but getting it done the right way. His vision is to create the kind of insurance broker that is first of its kind in the Caribbean with a forward-thinking team, who values excellence in execution. William is about transforming people’s lives. He has served as Past President of the Jamaica Insurance Brokers Association (JIBA), Member of the Montego Bay Chamber of Commerce (MBCC) and Past Director of the Cornwall Regional Hospital. He currently serves on the Boards of Mailpac Group and Cargo Handlers Ltd. and is an active member of the Young Presidents Organization. His passion for education and social causes fuels his dream to ensure that BCMG Insurance Brokers is an organization that is the #1 insurance company to work for and serve Jamaica.
Stephen W.R. Dear is a non executive member of the BCMG Insurance Brokers Board of Directors. Stephen is a successful businessman with many years experience in the local Financial Sector. He began his career at Price Waterhouse Coopers where he spent many years. He subsequently worked in Investment Banking, managing the Montego Bay Branch of Jamaica Money Market Brokers. He later transitioned to Citibank and then First Global Financial Services. He holds a Bachelor of Science (Accounting) from Ryson University in Toronto, Canada.
Geoffrey Ziadie is the Founder and CEO of Chad-Ad Distributors Limited. He is a graduate of the University of Florida, where he obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Finance. With over 25 years of experience in business, he also serves as a Director of Newport Forklift Services Limited and Kingston Industrial Garage Limited. Geoffrey is now a Board Director for BCMG Insurance Brokers.
Marilyn WongHR Manager
Human Resource Manager, Marilyn Wong, revels in the excitement of nurturing employee growth at BCMG. Investing in their training and development, the company is committed to employee satisfaction at all levels. She ensures that employees are placed in the roles most suited to them and that they receive the right training, in order to succeed. She, thereby furthers the company’s overall productivity and ability to meet its objectives. Her warm personality and excellent listening skills make Marilyn the ideal person to put team members at ease and bring out their best. She holds her degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management and a post graduate certificate in Organizational Behaviour which is augmented by more than a decade of experience with Billy Craig. Marilyn is integral to the BCMG’s ongoing training and development agenda for BCMG.
Ottis PlummerManager, Business Management Systems
Ottis Plummer’s hard work and dedication keeps the company connected to its partners and customers. In his 16 years with the company, Ottis has led the digital transformation that has kept Billy Craig at pace with global standards. He and his team are responsible for the development of the company’s in-house Management Information System and its integration with leading industry software. Ottis is a Microsoft Certified Professional. His aptitude and credentials in software development and design ensure he will continue to play a lead role in enabling the BCMG’s ability to innovate and progress into the future.
Kerry-Ann BigbyFinancial Controller
Kerry-Ann has over seventeen (17) years of experience in varying accounting and taxation capacities, having worked in both the public and private sectors. She is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Jamaica and an associate member of The Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. Kerry-Ann holds an MSc. in Accounting from the University of the West Indies.
Loretta AndersonEmployee Benefits Manager
Employee Benefits Manager, Loretta Anderson, has been with Billy Craig for over 12 years. Within her role she has overseen the significant growth of the Employees Benefit portfolio, resulting in an overall expansion of the department and an increase in value-added benefits for Billy Craig’s clients. Loretta represents BCMG as a member of the JCC's Administration & Finance Committee & the Jamaica Hotel & Tourism Association. Described as quiet, yet determined, Loretta holds an MBA in Business Administration and is a Chartered Life Underwriter.
Jacinth BrownEmployee Benefits Manager
Jacinth Brown has 35 years’ experience in the insurance industry, both as a broker and underwriter. Her experience spans the management of large Employee Benefits portfolios and Accident, Health & Travel. She holds the designation - Fellow of the Life Management Institute [FLMI] and has extensive global training and exposure to overseas markets and underwriting best practices, making her a principal asset in portfolio development, management and training.
Pauline CampbellClaims Manager
Pauline has over twenty-five (25) years of experience in the insurance industry, having worked in the Employee Benefits Department of a leading life insurance Company and Claims Department at two major Insurance Brokers. She holds a designation of Chartered Insurer from the Chartered Insurance Institute in London (ACII), a Fellow of the Life Management Institute (FLMI) designation, and is a Certified Customer Service Trainer.
